In response to COVID-19, ISM offices are closed to the public, and our team is working remotely. ISM FAST is still accepting and processing applications, and continues to offer Customer Service assistance to both schools and families.

Schools may continue to call 302-384-9340 and leave voice messages that our Client Service Representatives are checking regularly and responding to during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm EST). As always, you may also email help@ismfast.com, or use the "Contact Us" feature within your FAST system.

Parents may continue to call our 24/7 Parent Help Line at 1-877-326-FAST (3278). This number is for Parents only, and is not able to assist School Administrators.
